  • Verify that an ingestion with the same content has not been created previously. If a duplicate ingestion exists, you cannot create a new one.
  • If the user does not have access, the following warning will be popped up:

  • To determine the cause of the user's inability to create, it is essential to examine the type of data and source the user selected.
  • The data size for manual assets uploads should not exceed 500MB.

  • check with user about the format they are attempting to upload the asset in.
